i stayed in a standard double room. i appreciated the breakfast. there was a very wide selection of food. it provided a great start to the day. the staff were helpful and friendly. they assisted with my requests promptly. they offered good service.
the ac unit was LOUD. the furniture seemed a little outdated. it did not quite match the standard of a four-star hotel. the maintenance could be improved. the walls felt thin. i could sometimes hear noise from other guests.

The hotel staff was cute! They were always ready to assist with any request. The employees. My room was clean! It was comfortable with modern decor. I also found all the amenities I needed.
The walls were quite thin. I could hear other guests loudly. This made it difficult to relax during the evenings.

The hotel has a modern gym with three treadmills. It also has two stationary bikes. Complimentary still water was provided daily to the room. It was lovely, really!

Breakfast had a nice spread. There were even Turkish delights available! I also found many options. I enjoyed the desserts especially, they were delicious and diverse.

The location is convenient! The hotel is within walking distance of many shops. I could also reach restaurants and cafes easily. Cevahir shopping mall is also accessible.

the staff was cute and accommodating. mohammed, yilmaz, and the rest of the staff always did a great job and provided excellent service. i really appreciated how central the location was, with access to everything i needed..
the shower's water pressure sometimes varied randomly. water temperature would change unexpectedly from very cold to warm. these small issues impacted an otherwise excellent stay.

the hotel enjoys a very central position, conveniently located within walking distance of key attractions. bus stops are about a 10-minute walk, so transportation is readily accessible, offering ease of exploring the area. local turkish restaurants and grocery stores are also a short walking distance.

I REALLY enjoyed my stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful, they spoke English fluently, this made communication easy. I appreciated the super clean rooms thanks to housekeeping, upon my return each day. The breakfast selection offered MANY options and a VERY filling start to the day. I especially thank Altin, Baris, and Tarus for their AMAZING service!
The area is a bit odd, it requires about 15 minutes to walk to the nicer area. It is quite dark and empty for walking alone at night.

the breakfast had tasty options, i did enjoy the variety.
The room i received was not great. It was on the first floor right above the hotel entrance. whenever i opened my window, i was met with cigarette smoke because that is where people would smoke. the walls also seemed very thin because i could clearly hear other guests, especially at night. i found this quite disruptive.
